You will learn how to swim effortlessly and efficiently in a fun and friendly environment. The weekend includes video analysis and playback, 4 hours in the pool as well as some classroom time to ask questions and learn about the principles of swimming. The weekend is suitable for people with a wide range of abilities including; – Beginner to Longtime swimmers who find themselves stuck on a plateau or who have lost motivation.
Running Form: For the past 20 years, I have dissected and modified hundreds of shoes, taught running form clinics around the country, and my biggest takeaway is, unless runners understand the important principles of the gait cycle, or running movement, it can be difficult to know how to make the personal (and go-it-slow, gradual) adaptation to better running form. Still, it bears mentioning: natural running is not a brand or specific method, but rather what humans have done for millions of years. There is no perfect way to run and science will never give us all the answers. The beauty of running is in the play and art of the movement.
