Cassie Whittington

Triathlon, Running, and Sports Nutritionist

Cassie has been in multisport since 2009 consistently placing in the top 10% of her AG. She earned a spot with Team USA at the Age Group National Championships in 2010 in China. Cassie has completed Multiple Ironman Distance Races. As the 12th overall female in 2017 at Lake Placid, she earned a slot to the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. In Kona, she finished 34th in her age group.

Casis has run a Boston Marathon Qualifier and in 2017 was the 3rd overall female at the Lake Placid half marathon.

She competed in the 70.3 World Championships in 2016 in Mooloolaba, Australia and in 2017 at Choo she finished 21st in her age group. Cassie has a great passion for triathlon and coaching. She especially loves working with athletes on their nutrition, both daily and race day. Her goal is always to make training fun while challenging your limits.
